Hi I'm Julie
I'm a CAPPA-certified Postpartum Doula and mother of three who provides calm, compassionate
support to families during the early weeks of parenthood. With a particular focus on overnight newborn care, I help parents get the rest they need while feeling confident and supported as they settle into life with their new baby.
As a Colorado native and fellow mom, I understand how overwhelming those first weeks can feel. My approach is practical, nurturing, and judgment-free, with support tailored to each family's unique needs.
My Story
I’m a CAPPA-certified Postpartum Doula and mother of three, and I understand firsthand just how beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming the first weeks of parenthood can be. As a Colorado native and fellow mom, I bring both professional training and personal experience to the families I support, creating a calm, nurturing, and judgment-free environment where parents can feel cared for as they adjust to life with a new baby.
My passion is helping families feel more confident and supported during the postpartum period. I provide practical, compassionate guidance tailored to each family’s individual needs, recognizing that every baby, parent, household, and postpartum experience is different. Whether you need an extra set of hands, reassurance during those long newborn nights, help establishing a comfortable routine, or simply someone who understands what you’re going through, I’m here to provide steady support without judgment or pressure.
With a particular focus on overnight newborn care, I help parents get the rest they need while knowing their baby is being lovingly and attentively cared for. Overnight support can give new parents an opportunity to sleep, recharge, and begin each day with more energy and confidence. From soothing and settling your baby to supporting nighttime routines and providing reassurance, my goal is to make those early nights feel a little more manageable.
I believe postpartum care is about caring for the whole family—not just the baby. New parents deserve support, encouragement, and the opportunity to rest and recover while learning their new role. My approach is gentle, practical, and responsive to what each family needs in the moment.
It is an honor to support families during such an important transition. My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more rested, and confident as you settle into your new rhythm as a family. You don’t have to navigate the early weeks alone—I’m here to help make the transition into parenthood feel calmer, more supported, and a little easier.
