I'm Liz

Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a Birth Doula (CD/DONA), Hypno-Doula (HCHD), Childbirth Educator (ICCE), and placenta encapsulator, dedicated to creating positive birth and postpartum experiences that empower and support every parent. My mission is to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout your unique journey.

 

My personal journey into parenthood began unexpectedly with an emergency cesarean birth as a single mom, welcoming my son. That experience showed me firsthand the fear and uncertainty many parents face, and I vowed to make sure no parent feels that way alone. Later, I welcomed my daughter through an unmedicated VBAC, which deepened my understanding of the incredible strength and power inherent in birth. These experiences shaped my passion for helping parents navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with safety, support, preparation, and a calm mindset.

 

I love witnessing the transformation of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—from woman to mother—and I feel honored every time I walk into a room to support a laboring parent. I support all birth types—unmedicated, epidural, or cesarean—and my goal is never to judge but to empower parents to make informed decisions that fit their journey.

 

A bit about me personally: I’m strong-willed, empathetic, intuitive, and sometimes sarcastic with a love for humor. When I’m not doula-ing, I enjoy playing classical piano, doing puzzles and games, volleyball, singing in the car, dancing in the kitchen, cooking for family and friends, and exploring holistic ways of living.

 

I’m thrilled to walk alongside you and your family through this incredible season.
