A Little Bit About Me
I am dedicated to offering care that is gentle, deeply attuned, and fully responsive to the unique needs of each family. I bring a calm, steady presence into the early days of parenthood, creating a supportive environment where parents can rest, recover, and connect with their newborns. With a natural sensitivity to each moment, I provide guidance and care that is both practical and nurturing, rooted in trust and understanding. My approach combines hands-on skills with heartfelt empathy, helping babies and parents establish balance, ease, and confidence as they settle into their new rhythms together.
Beyond my professional life, gardening is a true passion that fills my seasons with purpose and joy. From spring through fall, I immerse myself in tending to medicinal and culinary herbs, vegetables, flowers, and other plants, finding peace and fulfillment in the cycles of growth, care, and renewal that nature provides. The garden serves as both a sanctuary and a place of inspiration, where patience, observation, and gentle attention nurture life in all its forms.
Outside of work and the garden, I treasure simple, grounding moments that bring connection and joy. Whether it’s sitting by evening fires, camping in the wilderness, kayaking along quiet waters, or observing the beauty of birds and wildlife, I am drawn to experiences that cultivate mindfulness and presence. Life is made even richer with the companionship of humorous, curious cats and the love of an ever-growing family. I am inspired by creativity, exploration, and learning, always seeking new hobbies, projects, and experiences that foster connection—to others, to nature, and to the beauty that surrounds us every day.
